One of the most pressing matters to the Democrat Party right now is to pass a “Transgender Bill of Rights” codifying special protections and privileges for members of the Cult of LGBT.
Earlier this week, several House Democrats unveiled the legislation to crystalize a 2020 decision by the Supreme Court in the case of Bostock v. Clayton County to protect homosexual and transgender employees against “discrimination.”
If passed, the Transgender Bill of Rights would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to explicitly address people with gender dysphoria who believe that they are in the “wrong body.” It would also expand access to so-called “gender-affirming care” while banning conversion therapy for those trying to escape the Cult of LGBT.
The attorney general of the United States would also be required to designate a liaison to oversee enforcement of the new provisions, as well as invest in “community services” geared specifically toward transgenders. (Related: the Biden regime just appointed a transgender to head up the Department of Health and Human Services.)
Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), who chairs the Congressional Progressive Caucus and co-founded the Transgender Equality Task Force, issued a statement claiming that the Transgender Bill of Rights will help gender dysphoric mental cases to lead “fully, happy lives.”
“As we witness Republicans and an extremist Supreme Court attack and roll back the fundamental rights of trans people across our country, and as state legislatures across the country target our trans community with hateful, bigoted and transphobic attacks, we are standing up and saying enough is enough,” Jayapal added.
Reps. David Cicilline (D-R.I.), Marie Newman (D-Ill.), Mark Takano (D-Calif.) and Ritchie Torres (D-N.Y.) all signed on in support of the Transgender Bill of Rights, as did 84 other co-sponsors.
The bill’s proponents say they introduced it at this time in direct response to the Supreme Court’s recent decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which has upset many abortion-loving leftists all across the country.
Since Justice Clarence Thomas mentioned during the overturning that SCOTUS may also consider overturning other precedents such as same-sex “marriage” and contraception, the Left is scrambling to codify into law – or at least attempt to – all of their perversions as quickly as possible.
“The Bostock decision was not mentioned in Thomas’ concurring opinion and involved a different legal question,” wrote Zach Schonfeld for the Hill.
“But Thomas’ opinion has caught the eye of many Democrats who believe the Supreme Court’s conservative majority is poised to roll back rights extended to LGBTQ people in past cases.”
The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) is also freaking out about the situation, warning that state legislatures all across the country have proposed more than 300 bills to just in the past year targeting LGBT propaganda and indoctrination, groomers and other similar perversions embraced by Democrats and the Cult of LGBT.
“This is the type of stuff Putin is referring to when he speaks of the degeneracy of the West,” wrote a commenter at Natural News.
“This is satanic at its core,” wrote another. “The devil (lucifer, satan) preys on the innocent and hates the fact that we are created in the image of God. There is nothing new under the sun. The tactics are the same (molech, baal).”
This same commenter wrote the following verse from Matthew 10:28: “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”
