Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) just introduced the Protect Minors from Malpractice Act, which would allow adult transgenders to sue the doctors who mutilated their bodies while they were still minors.
Also sponsored by the House Republican Study Committee, the bill would empower trans patients or their legal guardians to sue medical providers for declaratory or injunctive relief up to 30 years after the patient turns 18. These individuals would also be allowed to sue for compensatory damages, punitive damages and attorney fees.
“Gender-transition procedures aren’t safe or appropriate for children,” Cotton said in a statement.
“Unfortunately, radical doctors in the United States perform dangerous, experimental, and even sterilizing gender-transition procedures on young kids, who cannot even provide informed consent. Our bill allows children who grow up to regret these procedures to sue for damages. Any doctor who performs these irresponsible procedures on kids should pay.”
Cotton’s bill cites a memo from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) outlining everything the Biden regime has in store for America if it refuses to accept the transgender mutilation of children as normal.
Biden’s HHS wants “gender-affirming care” to be accessible to all children as early as possible. Such “care” includes giving them puberty-blocking pharmaceuticals, cross-sex hormone drugs, and all the affirmation and praise they need to keep on destroying their bodies.
The legislation would also bar the federal government from forcing medical practitioners to administer such “treatments,” as well as block federal funding from every state that attempts to do the same.
“The Biden administration released official guidance recommending irreversible and life-altering surgery for minors too young to apply for a learner’s permit,” announced Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind.), chairman of the House Republican Study Committee.
“These procedures lack any solid evidence and have been rejected by public health agencies around the world. Ten years from now, there will be hundreds of thousands of Americans who were permanently scarred by the radical Left’s agenda before they reached adulthood.”
The chances of this or any other similar legislation passing and getting signed into law are slim apart from a massive “red wave” this November – not to mention a subsequent victory in 2024, should the world last that long.
Unfortunately, there is a lot that can still happen between now and then to drive the last nail into our country’s coffin, not the least of which is the permanent abolition of free and fair elections.
Many would argue that the fraudulent 2020 election already solidified the end of free and fair elections in America, and that it will no longer be possible to win much of anything ever again unless dramatic changes are made to root out all the corruption.
“Why is an Air Force major the chief of adolescent medicine?” asked a commenter at Headline USA about a headline photo depicting Air Force Maj. David Klein of Fort Belvoir Community Hospital administering “gender-affirming care” to a 13-year-old boy named “Jenn Brewer” who is trying to become a “girl” with hormones and surgery.
“Meanwhile, vaccine makers are still exempt from mass murder lawsuits for the jab,” added another about how Republicans are still not tackling the elephant in the room known as Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines.”
Over at Natural News, a commenter added that the Biden regime is guilty of so much treason that it is just embarrassing nobody on the right is willing to tackle that elephant, either.
“What do patriots do when their government no longer works?” asked another rhetorically.
