Virginia Democrat Delegate Elizabeth Guzman says she is introducing a bill that would make it a “crime” for parents to refuse to play along with their children’s play-pretend LGBT fantasies.
Failing to refer to a child using preferred “gender pronouns” or calling a child by his “dead” birth name as opposed to his newly chosen transgender imaginary name would constitute an infringement of Virginia law, should Guzman’s legislation pass. (Related: The bill was also brought up at a recent public school board meeting in Prince William County.)
According to Guzman’s campaign website, she was inspired to introduce this bill by Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, as well as Hillary Clinton’s two-time failed attempt at becoming president.
Guzman also says she decided to introduce the bill after her nine-year-old son asked to return to Peru “because Donald Trump doesn’t like people who speak Spanish.”
In response to another bill that would restrict gender-specific sports to those with corresponding natural biology – meaning no men in dresses playing for the women’s team – Guzman’s bill would criminalize not playing along with the transgender delusions of minors.
Guzman’s proposed guidance states that:
“… parents are in the best position to work with their children and, where appropriate, their children’s health care providers to determine (a) what names, nicknames, and / or pronouns, if any, shall be used for their child by teachers and school staff while their child is at school, (b) whether their child engages in any counseling or social transition at school that encourages a gender that differs from their child’s sex, or (c) whether their child expresses a gender that differs with their child’s sex while at school.”
Gov. Glenn Younkin remains an outspoken opponent of the legislation, warning that “progressives in Fairfax County” are trying to separate parents from their children using the force of law.
“They think parents have no right to know what your child is discussing with their teacher or counselor,” he said at a recent Parents Matter rally.
Guzman told 7News that right after Youngkin announced trying to ban men from women’s sports teams, she “immediately texted the policy lead of that committee and said, ‘this is how we’re going to push back.'”
“If the child shares with those mandated reporters, what they are going through, we are talking about not only physical abuse or mental abuse, what the job of that mandated reporter is to inform Child Protective Services,” she added. “And then that’s how everybody gets involved.”
Guzman went on to explain that not only would a social worker get involved at that point but so would the police. A decision would then be made one way or another as to the fate of the parents who “offended” the child.
When asked by 7News reporter Nick Minock what the penalties might entail for parents who are not “affirming” of an “LGBTQ child,” she responded that in addition to an investigation, misdemeanor or even felony charges could be lodged, causing harm to one’s employment or ability to obtain an education.
Guzman was then asked how she plans to respond to Republicans who say the bill criminalizes parents. She responded that it is not a punishment but rather an “education” for parents because “the law tells you the dos and don’ts.”
“So, this law is telling you, ‘do not abuse your children because they are LGBTQ.'”
Be sure to check out Guzman’s crazy demon eyes. This is a common feature of leftist women who push radical agendas like the transgender mutilation of children.
